The Story
Mintrix started with something deeply personal — a moment shared between a son and his mother.
Our founder Raman Srivastava grew up watching his mother — a passionate school teacher — spending countless late nights correcting notebooks, organising papers, preparing class plans, and juggling communications with school management and parents. Despite her dedication, she often struggled with basic support and systems.
One evening, she needed urgent help drafting question papers for exams. That small moment sparked something powerful in Raman. He realised that thousands of educators like his mother were silently burdened by inefficiencies — and that's when the idea of Mintrix was born.
